Q.     How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the list?
A.    Perhaps the easiest way to Subscribe/Unsubscribe is by sending empty messages to these addresses:

            kagyu-subscribe@onelist.com (to join)
            kagyu-unsubscribe@onelist.com  (to leave)
 

Q.    Does the list have a homepage on the WWW?
A.    The list homepage is at http://www.alc.enta.net/buddhastuff.htm
 

Q.     I am new to onelist and have no idea how to access the shared files area. Help!
A.     Point your browser at http://www.onelist.com Log in. You probably did this when you first subscribed. You will need your password, the one you gave when you first subscribed. Once you have successfully logged in, onelist will tell you what lists you are subscribed to, including kagyu. They call this the "member center", the information related to you. Click on "kagyu" to select it, and onelist will take you to the "list center", the information related to the kagyu list. Somewhere there you will see a link to click on for "shared files", and you get the ones you want by  (-wait for it-) clicking on them. You may also upload files to share with other list users by using the 'Create New Directory or Upload a File' link at the bottom of the page.

A.    The list archives can be accessed by pointing your browser at: http://www.onelist.com/archives.cgi/kagyu
 

Q.     Who runs the Kagyu Mailing List?
A.    The list is not affiliated with any group, and was set up on the free 'Onelist' server by Alan Clewley, and is co-moderated by Alan and Alex Wilding.
